Michael Lauterbach is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for business development, customer relations, and project management. Michael is dedicated to growing Catalyst’s business by helping clients build business value for successful transactions. He is driven to help Catalyst lead the way as one of the top M&A advisory firms in the industries it serves.

With over 10 years in the equipment rental industry, and a prior 15+ years of corporate experience in management and IT consulting, he has extensive experience working with management and commercial teams to streamline business processes and improve decision making. He began his career at Accenture, where he served financial services clients in New York, and later public sector clients in Oslo, Norway. After co-founding and developing an internet startup abroad, he consulted independently for a Singapore-based global maritime transportation company prior to joining Catalyst.

Michael graduated from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. He currently lives in Connecticut. When not at work, you can find Michael enjoying the outdoors.
